Financial Planning

One dedicated adviser, drawing on every part of the Mzansi Group, to build a financial plan around your whole life — not just a single product.

How we work together

Every client goes through the same six-step process, whether it's your first policy or a full retirement plan.

1

Fact Find

We start by understanding your full financial picture: income, debts, dependants, goals and risk appetite.

2

Analyse

We assess where you stand today against your goals, and identify any gaps in cover or savings.

3

Recommend

We put together a recommendation, drawing on products from across the Mzansi Group where they fit your needs.

4

Disclose

Before you commit to anything, we disclose exactly what we're recommending, why, and any relationship or fee involved.

5

Implement

We handle the paperwork and setup, coordinating with Mzansi Bank, Life, Health, Insure, Wealth or Investments as needed.

6

Review

We check in at least once a year, or after any major life change, to keep your plan on track.

Why Mzansi Advisors

There are plenty of ways to get financial advice in South Africa — here's what's different about doing it with us.

One adviser, the whole Group

Your adviser can draw on banking, life, health, short-term insurance and investment solutions from across Mzansi — so you're not juggling five different relationships.

Transparent about who we are

As a tied adviser, we disclose upfront that our advice is weighted toward Mzansi Group products, so you always know where you stand.

A relationship, not a sale

Annual reviews are built into every plan, and your Mzansi Rewards status grows as your relationship with us deepens.

Employee benefits too

For business owners and employers, we also structure group risk and retirement fund solutions for your whole team.

What "tied adviser" means for you

Mzansi Advisors is a tied Financial Services Provider — our advisers are contracted to Mzansi Advisors (Pty) Ltd, and our advice is weighted primarily toward Mzansi Group products (Mzansi Life, Mzansi Health, Mzansi Insure, Mzansi Wealth and Mzansi Investments). We'll always disclose this before giving you advice, and where a need can't be met by the Group, we'll tell you that too.
